Application
C19H PLA inner and outer Santos coffee sachets packing equipment is suitable for inner and outer bag packing granule coffee,coffee powder5 to 15gram coffee inner and outer bag packaging.
Features
1.Outer bag sealing is controlled by the stepper motor,bag length positioning is accurate and stable.
2.Adopts PID temperature controller for more accurate temperature adjustment.
3.Adopts PLC control system ,human -machine interface,it is very easy to operate.
4. All parts in direct contact with products are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring reliable products output conforming to food sanity standards.
5. Some cylinders are imported, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the machines’ performance.
6. The coffee bagging machine can make the inner and outer bag at the same time automatically, which would highly improve the working efficiency.

7. Optional devices: flat cut devices,date printer,easy tear device etc Date code printer.

9. There is a reserved connector to link with nitrogen making machine so as to flush nitrogen into the bag to extend its shelf life.
